Attractively landscaped balconies, spacious lofts, huge rooftop pools – with the “Triiiple” project, ARE Development and SORAVIA have brought the perfect international flair to Vienna’s Danube Canal: the three chic residential towers represent new standards in innovative residential and office construction. Above all, open floor plans with the highest possible flexibility were emphasised. Thus, in the three buildings designed by “Henke Schreieck Architekten”, virtually anything is possible, from a wide variety of office organisation systems to diverse flat concepts.
This innovative concept is also supported and made possible by the highly reinforced and ultra-slim ROTOP® spun concrete columns. In the three towers, each over 100 metres high, a total of 160 spun concrete columns from the KCS site in Micheldorf, Upper Austria, are in service. With diameters and edge lengths from 40 cm and enormous load-bearing capacity, there is naturally a lot of space and flexibility for open interior design!
