In Vienna’s Simmering district, “Neues Leben” commissioned a large residential development in wood concrete hybrid construction design. Four building structures with four storeys each house a total of 60 apartments. Prefabricated XC composite floors for dry mounting as well as various civil engineering products have been installed in this housing development project.

Between Messe Wien, the new campus of the Vienna University for Business Administration and the Ernst Happel Football Stadium, the VIERTEL ZWEI plus development project area will feature some 800 apartments, 80,000 square metres of office space and 300 student residences, due for completion in 2021. 700 Rotop® spun concrete poles, as well as various other products form part of this project.

Designed by star architect Renzo Piano, this high class residential building is lifted into the air by 15 metre long ultra slim Rotop® poles from our spun concrete manufacturing facility at Micheldorf.

For Magna Steyr AG in Graz, additional production halls with a total surface area of approximately 27,000 square metres have been erected. Within a timespan of some 7 months, all necessary precast elements have been planned, produced and installed.

The residential building is situated in a quiet alley in Vienna’s 14th district. The project comprises a ground floor, four upper floor as well as two top floors in the attic. The individually owned flats range from 3 to 4 bedrooms, or 88 to 137 sqm.
