When the two leading suppliers in Austria, Kirchdorfer Concrete Solutions and Mayr-Melnhof Holz, decided to set up a joint venture in 2013, the XC\u00ae floor not only marked the start of the development of a revolutionary product, but also laid the foundation for a completely new, efficient and sustainable construction system. 8 years later, and with the experience gained from a whole<\/p>\n

of successful reference projects, the new XC\u00ae manual now provides an overview of the individual MMK products and outlines the project sequence from planning to implementation at the construction site. In connection with this, MMK also offers a range of consulting services to make the introduction to the new construction system as easy as possible for property developers, architects, planners and contractors.<\/p>\n

With the XC\u00ae slab, MMK has laid the foundation for an ecologically sustainable and economically efficient construction method in Austria that revolutionises the future of assembly construction with prefabricated components – and thus a significant and growing part of the construction business as a whole.
